  • Sometimes when printing data from PowerPoint 2007 or Excel 2007 that contains shadowed graphics, solid black images appear on the printout that are not in the original data, and/or part of the original image is missing.
  • Sometimes when printing text in traditional Chinese, some characters are missing.
